2. Retain my information for one (1) year (or the retention period set by policy) from the date of registration, or until I submit a written cancellation of this consent, whichever is earlier. My information will be deleted and/or destroyed after this period.
3. Inform me of technical updates and/or future company events using the personal information I shared.

I acknowledge and warrant that I have acquired the consent of all parties relevant to this consent and hold free and harmless and indemnify Co Ban Kiat Hardware Inc. from any complaint, lawsuit, or damages which any party may file or claim in relation to my consent.
