Frequently asked

I lost my applicant code. What should I do?

Ask the HR staff who interviewed you. They can look it up for you. Please don't register a second time.

My exam code doesn't work.

Exam codes only work on the day they were given and can be used once. Check for typos (codes are case-sensitive), or ask HR for a new code.

What happens if my internet disconnects?

Your answers are saved as you pick them. Open this page again, enter the same exam code, and continue where you left off. The timer keeps running, so reconnect as soon as you can.

Which exams will I take?

Usually the SRA Verbal (general ability) and the MBTI (personality type). HR will tell you which ones and give you a code for each.
